1 tomato per person
1 clove of garlic for every 3 tomatoes
salt to taste
Cut the hard stem off of the end of the tomato and cut into quarters.
Throw all of the ingredients together in your blender and liquify.
Heat the oil in a skillet until hot but not smoking. Simmer the tomato sauce until thick and rich.
